1cupchopped jarred roasted red peppers, rinsed
8thin slicessharp Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
DirectionsMash avocados, beans, lemon juice, oil, garlic, thyme and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined but still slightly chunky. Divide among 4 slices of bread (1/2 cup each).
