DirectionsWhisk milk and pumpkin puree in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer (do not boil). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and cover.Whisk coffee granules, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl. Add boiling water. Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture until very thick and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.Divide the steamed milk between 2 mugs and top with the whipped coffee.
