1teaspoongrated lemon zest, divided

DirectionsCombine feta, yogurt, 3 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest in a food processor; process until very smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, 30 to 45 seconds.Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and use a spatula or the back of a spoon to create a shallow well in the center. Drizzle with honey and the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Place peppers in the well; sprinkle with parsley, cracked pepper and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest.
