Ingredients

1largeor2 small flatbreadsornaan (about 7 to 8 ounces total; see Tip), preferably whole-grain

¾cupcrumbled feta cheese

½cupwhole-milk plain Greek yogurt

2tablespoonschopped fresh oregano

1 ½teaspoonsgrated lemon zest

1 ½teaspoonslemon juice

¼teaspoonground pepper

1cupdrained marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

½cuproasted red peppers, rinsed and sliced

¼teaspoonAleppo pepperorcrushed red pepper

2teaspoonsextra-virgin olive oil

DirectionsPreheat oven to 400°F.Place flatbread(s) on a baking sheet. Bake until golden and crispy around the edges, 7 to 9 minutes.Meanwhile, place feta in a food processor and pulse until it forms a ball. Add yogurt, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice and ground pepper; process until smooth.Spread the feta mixture over the flatbread(s). Scatter artichoke hearts and roasted peppers on top. Bake until the toppings are heated through, 10 to 12 minutes.Top with arugula, sprinkle with Aleppo pepper (or crushed red pepper) and drizzle with oil.
