DirectionsZest lime onto a plate. Set the zest aside to dry.Juice the lime into a pitcher. (Save the squeezed lime halves.) Add rosé, tequila, peaches and watermelon to the pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.Just before serving, stir seltzer (or club soda) into the rosé mixture. Add salt to the lime zest, if desired. Using the reserved lime halves, moisten the edges of each serving glass and dip into the zest mixture. Serve the sangarita in the prepared glasses.
