1mediumyellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

1mediumbeefsteak tomato, sliced 1/4-inch thick

½cupsliced cooked beets

2tablespoonsmild banana pepper rings

8leavesbutter lettuce leaves

DirectionsSpread 2 tablespoons cheese on each bread slice. Divide cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, beets and banana peppers between 2 of the bread slices; top each with 4 lettuce leaves.
