Many Parmigiano-Reggianos are aged for 12 to 24 months, according to our friends at Food & Wine. This one is allowed to get nuttier, more umami and delightfully crystallized over a whopping 3 years! We can already imagine drizzling this with our new go-to sweet condiment,Creamed Multi-Floral New Zealand Honey, and enjoying that all on sweet-tart apple slices.

Cranberry Chèvre Goat Cheese
This returning favorite was the first-ever fruit-infused goat cheese at TJ’s, and now there are a few spreadable “siblings,” including Blueberry and Vanilla Chèvre. ThisCranberry Chèvre, though, “will always have a special place on our palates,” the crew members say, and it will always play nicely with any cracker, bread or fruit vehicle you crave—no additional jams or garnishes required. Although we wouldn’t be mad about a few chopped pistachios on top!
