DirectionsIn a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add sausage, potatoes, zucchini, sweet pepper, red onion, garlic, chili powder and black pepper to skillet.Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
