Ingredients

1 ½teaspoonsminced garlic

3tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil, divided

1teaspoongrated lemon zest

5teaspoonslemon juice, divided

1teaspoonpaprika

½teaspoondried oregano

½teaspooncayenne pepper

½teaspoonground pepper, divided

1 ¼poundsmedium peeled, deveined raw shrimp, tail on

¼cupplain whole-milk Greek yogurt

¼cupcrumbled feta cheese

1tablespoonwater

Directions

Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to high (450°F to 500°F). Place minced garlic on a cutting board; sprinkle with salt. Using the flat side of a knife, mash the salt into the garlic to make a paste. Transfer the garlic paste to a large bowl; stir in 2 tablespoons oil, lemon zest, 3 teaspoons lemon juice, paprika, oregano, cayenne and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Fold in shrimp until fully coated. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine yogurt, feta, water and the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl.
