1large egg white

4-5 ice cubes, plus more for serving

4tablespoonsclub soda, divided

DirectionsMuddle cherries and sugar in a cocktail shaker or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add gin, cherry juice, lemon juice, egg white and ice; cover and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into 2 glasses filled with ice. Top each with 2 tablespoons club soda.Spoon some of the cherries from the shaker into the glasses.
