1cupcreamy sunflower seed butter or nut butter

½cuphoney

8whole graham crackers, coarsely crushed, divided

¼cupmini chocolate chips

½teaspoonground cinnamon

36 mini marshmallows (about 1/2 cup)

DirectionsCombine oats, sunflower seed butter (or nut butter), honey, 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips and cinnamon in a medium bowl; stir well.Place the remaining graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and flatten it slightly. Place a mini marshmallow in the center, cover it with the mixture, and roll it into a ball. Roll the ball in the graham cracker crumbs to coat. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
