DirectionsWhisk orange zest, orange juice, vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper in a large bowl.Using a vegetable peeler, thinly slice vegetables into ribbons. Add to the bowl and toss with the dressing. Let stand for 10 minutes.Arrange the vegetables on a platter and drizzle with any dressing remaining in the bowl.
