2teaspoonsfinely shredded lemon peel, divided
2clovesgarlic, thinly sliced, divided
¼cupreduced-sodium chicken broth, divided

DirectionsHeat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the lemon peel and half of the garlic to skillet. Add half of the spinach, tossing quickly to combine.When spinach starts to wilt, add half of the broth. Continue cooking and tossing until spinach is wilted. Transfer to a serving bowl; cover and keep warm.
