12ouncesboneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1tablespooncurry powder
1tablespoongaram masala
¼cupheavy cream
Finely chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
2cupscooked brown basmati rice
DirectionsHeat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and ginger; cook, stirring often, until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Add soup, chicken, curry powder and garam masala; bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Stir in cream.
