DirectionsCombine lemon juice and saffron in a small bowl. Microwave until hot, about 15 seconds. Mix cream cheese, feta, scallions, garlic, lemon zest and the saffron-infused lemon juice in a medium bowl.Coat a large piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray. Scoop the cheese mixture onto it. Use the plastic wrap to help you form the mixture into a ball, then completely wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 2 days.Just before serving, place raisins in a shallow dish.
