DirectionsPreheat oven to 450 degrees F.Stir oil, thyme, pepper and salt together in a large bowl. Add mushrooms and onion; toss to coat. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring once, until the vegetables are cooked through, 15 to 18 minutes.Meanwhile, heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat; cook, stirring, until browned, about 2 minutes.When the mushroom mixture is done, transfer to a medium bowl.
