While working out can feel like a burdensome activity (especially when it’s cold outside or after a long day of work), it’s important to get your body moving to stay healthy. Recently, the actress and producer has taken toher Instagramto encourage her followers to get active as part of a 30-day December walk/run challenge. Each day on her Instagram stories, Witherspoon shares a new workout playlist. So far, the playlists have ranged in genre from country to pop music.
In addition to her daily playlists, Witherspoon is being candid about her workout journey. In an Instagram story, Witherspoon admitted that “some days are just slow” and that “[she] walked more than [she] ran.” Witherspoon’s honesty is a great reminder that you should exercise at your own pace, especially when you’re trying to build up a consistent routine, and that any movement is better than none.
