Once we saw this snapshot onthe show’s Instagram page, we knew we had to tune in for the complete how-to.

For her “tray bake” recipe that’s part of the show’s “12 Days Of Thanksgiving,” Ray formedhomemade stuffingballs—similar to meatballs in size—and tossed them with balsamic, olive oil and herb-scented potatoes, apples and bone-in chicken pieces on a pan to bake all together. For the protein, turkey would also work for a more traditional option! (P.S.- If your sheet pans have seen better days,this pack of two is only $28and has over 19,000 positive reviews on Amazon!)
To max out the flavor in the stuffing and for “nostalgic Thanksgiving taste,” Ray suggests using 2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning, like this kind from Bell’s ($13.15 for three 1-ounce packets, Amazon).
All-in with the bread toasting, veggie sautéing and tray baking, this recipe takes about 90 minutes. So while it’s not quite a30-Minute Meal, it is a Thanksgiving dinner we can all savor on nearly any night of the year.
