Directions
Heat sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic, jalapeño and ginger; cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 20 seconds.
Add cabbage; cook, stirring constantly, until the cabbage just begins to wilt and the garlic is light golden brown, about 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, water, lime juice and salt; cook, stirring constantly, until the cabbage has wilted but is still crisp-tender, about 8 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and lime zest.
