Ingredients
1teaspoonolive oil
1smallclove garlic, minced
2thin slicesprosciutto (about 1/2 ounce)
⅓cupshredded provolone and/or Gouda cheese (1 ounce)
2sliceswhole-wheat bread
2teaspoonsmelted butter
DirectionsHeat a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add oil and garlic. Cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in spinach. Cover the pan and let stand until the spinach has wilted. Transfer the spinach to a small bowl.Layer the wilted spinach, prosciutto and cheese on one piece of bread; top with the other.
