DirectionsPreheat oven to 375°F. Position rack in lower third of oven.To prepare crust:On a lightly floured surface, roll pastry dough into a 13-inch circle, about 1/8-inch thick. Carefully transfer to a 9-inch pie pan, pressing into the bottom and up the sides; roll excess dough under the edges and crimp as desired. Add pear slices and lemon juice; toss to coat. Stir in melted butter just until combined. Sprinkle over the pear filling. Bake until the crust and streusel are golden brown, 55 to 60 minutes.
