⅛teaspoonbaking soda

Pinch of salt

1tablespoonlow-fat milk

1tablespoonwater

2teaspoonscanola oil

2teaspoonscrunchy natural peanut butter

⅛teaspoonvanilla extract

Unsalted roasted peanuts, bittersweet chocolate chipsand/orcoarse sea salt (optional)

DirectionsCoat a 12- to 16-ounce microwaveable mug with cooking spray.Whisk flour, cocoa, brown sugar, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl.
