2(15 ounce) cansno-salt-added white beans, rinsed
½teaspoonherbes de Provence
Juice of 1 lemon
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonground pepper
¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
DirectionsHeat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add mirepoix and cook, stirring, until softened, about 2 minutes. Stir in beans, herbes de Provence, lemon juice, salt and pepper; simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through and most of the liquid is cooked off, about 5 minutes. Directions
