According to the Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service,there’s an active recallon approximately 133,039 pounds of ready-to-eat turkey kielbasa products. This is due to a foreign matter contamination.

The kielbasa was sold in various retail locations nationwide. The recall was announced after several consumer complaints reported finding bone fragments in the product. Check your refrigerator and freezer for this product, and if you have it on hand and it matches the recall information, dispose of it immediately or return it to the place of purchase.

While no illnesses or injuries are linked to this recall, if you believe your health may have been impacted after consuming this product, contact your health care provider as soon as possible.
