There’s anactive recallon Busseto Foods brand ready-to-eat charcuterie meat products, according to the Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service. This is due to a possibleSalmonellacontamination.

Those infected withSalmonellabacteria may experiencecommon symptomslike fever, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Symptoms can start anywhere from six hours to six days after consumption and can last up to seven days. Severe infection can lead to hospitalization, so if you believe you may be experiencing illness after eating this impacted product, contact your health care provider as soon as possible.
