Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Spring has its downsides—pollen, losing an hour of sleep—but the seasonal veggies and warmer weather make it all worth it. Perhaps the best of them is broccoli, which we’re happy to roast, purée into a soup or serve up in a creamy, cozy casserole. These casseroles have earned four- and five-star ratings, so you know they’re pretty tasty.
