¼cupdry white wine
1poundraw shrimp (21-25 count), peeled and deveined
⅓cupcrumbled feta cheese

DirectionsHeat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, until starting to soften, about 2 minutes. Add garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and wine; bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until slightly reduced, about 3 minutes.
