I’ve been a runner for eight years, but it wasn’t until February that I started feeling sharp pain in my heels. These insolesget the job done thanks to two layers of flexible, stable cushioning that give your feet an extra degree of shock absorption and support while limiting the amount of stress they take on with every step. Each insole has a slight lip that runs along the perimeter which, in my own experience, cradles my foot in a way that makes me feel even more comfortable and secure. My feet have a tendency to pronate when I run and walk, but the insoles help keep them aligned and stable. I love them so much, I bought three sets: One for each of my pairs of running sneakers.
