I’m an avid Costco shopper. I make the 40-minute round-trip visit at least twice a month for lots of things (it’s the best place to buyfrozen fruitandcheese, in my opinion). But I also love surveying the aisles for great seasonal items. And one of my favorites is finally back in stock—Pumpkin & Bats Ravioli.

These ravioli come in a two-pack of pumpkin-shaped ravioli made with orange dough and bat-shaped ravioli made with black dough. And it’s quite possibly the most delicious ravioli I’ve ever bought from a store. Made with a blend of mozzarella, Asiago, Parmesan and ricotta, the filling is super rich and creamy. So I stocked up (thankfully I have enough freezer space!) so we can enjoy them for months to come. I cut each package in half and popped one in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. Like we did last year, we’ll eat some when we carve pumpkins and another package on Halloween before we go trick-or-treating. Who said we had to confine them to spooky season? Not me!
