DirectionsPlace yogurt, maple syrup and instant coffee in the bowl of a food processor. Process until the coffee crystals are no longer visible.Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons crushed cookies in the bottom of each of four 6-ounce ramekins. Top the cookie layer with about 3 tablespoons yogurt mixture and 3 raspberries. Repeat the layers, ending with crushed cookies on top.
