DirectionsPreheat a panini maker to medium-high (or heat a large skillet over medium-high heat).Spread jam on 12 baguette slices. Top each with 2 pieces of Brie, arugula and another slice of bread. Brush the sandwiches with oil.Cook the sandwiches in the panini maker (or in the skillet, placing a medium skillet weighed down with four cans on top), in batches if necessary, until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.TipsTo make ahead: Assemble sandwiches (Step 2) up to 8 hours ahead.
