3medium turnips (about 12 ounces total), peeled and cubed

1 ½teaspoonsextra-virgin olive oil

1leek, thinly sliced and well rinsed

¼teaspoonreduced-sodium soy sauce

2ouncescream cheese

½teaspoonsalt

DirectionsBring a large pot of water to a boil; add potatoes and turnips. Adjust heat to maintain a lively simmer; cook until soft and tender, 25 to 30 minutes.Meanwhile, heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add leek and soy sauce; cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant and tender, 3 to 4 minutes.Drain the vegetables and transfer to a large bowl.
