DirectionsPreheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.Combine garlic, mustard, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Rub the mixture over the salmon.
