She is a founding member of the Food and Wellness Equity Collective, which is a diverse group of men and women committed to being agents of change for equity, diversity and anti-racism in the food and wellness industry. In her spare time Kim enjoys nature watching, self-care and empowering the general public to take charge of their health.
