But we definitely can’t forget to finish the day with a fruity dessert, and Katie Lee Biegel has the perfect dish. MeetThe Kitchenco-host’s easy peach crisp that actually contains a lower amount of added sugar than your standard recipe. She recently shared on Instagram how to make it, and we’re taking notes—here’s what to know.

Then, she tosses 3 cups sliced peaches with 2 teaspoons cornstarch and just 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. You may need to use more or less sugar depending on your fruit’s ripeness, per Biegel. Now it’s time for layering: take the coated peaches and place them in the bottom of a baking dish, then top it off with the crisp mixture. The last step is to bake until the top is crispy and golden brown and the middle is cooked through, which should take about 50 to 55 minutes.

Not only is it low in added sugar, but this dessert is also packed with fiber thanks to the serving of oats and peaches.
