1mediumGranny Smith apple, unpeeled, thinly sliced

⅓cupdried sweetened cranberries

⅓cupchopped walnuts, toasted

⅓cupblue cheese, crumbled

DirectionsPlace kale in a medium bowl. Whisk together oil, vinegar, shallot, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
