1 ¼cupsshredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese

¼cupchopped pickled jalapeños, patted dry

1clovegarlic, grated

1teaspoonchili powder

1teaspoonlime zest

2teaspoonslime juice

¼teaspoonsalt

⅓cupchopped fresh cilantro

DirectionsMix cream cheese, Cheddar, jalapeños, garlic, chili powder, lime zest, lime juice and salt in a medium bowl.Coat a large piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray. Scoop the cheese mixture onto it. Use the plastic wrap to help you form the mixture into a ball, then completely wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 2 days.Just before serving, place cilantro in a shallow dish.
