DirectionsPlace matcha powder in a small bowl. Pour hot water into the bowl, whisking continuously with a matcha whisk until the powder has dissolved. Add honey, if using, and whisk until thoroughly combined.Place ice cubes in a cup and add cold water. Pour the whisked matcha on top. Top with oat milk (or other milk) and stir to combine.
