If you’re not using a stand mixer, I highly recommend it. A stand mixer makes baking easier and yields more consistent results since it can mix and whip everything more consistently than hand-mixing ever could. We’ve owned ours for more than two decades, and it still works like a charm. It’s an investment worth making, especially at a discount.
