DirectionsSpread 1/2 tablespoon pesto on 1 side of each slice of bread. Top 4 of the slices evenly with turkey and cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, pesto-side down. Brush the outer sides of the sandwiches evenly with oil.Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 2 sandwiches; cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
