DirectionsCombine honey and hot water in a small measuring cup or bowl. Stir until the honey dissolves, about 30 seconds. Let cool for 5 minutes.Place 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a small saucer and place sugar in a separate saucer. Dip rim of a martini glass in the lemon juice and then dip in the sugar. Let the glass stand while mixing the cocktail to allow sugar to adhere.Combine the cooled honey mixture, vodka and the remaining 1/4 cup lemon juice in a cocktail shaker; fill the shaker halfway with ice.
