DirectionsPreheat oven to 400°F.Sprinkle pork chops with pepper. Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook, turning once, until beginning to brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes total. Remove from heat.Stir honey, soy sauce, mirin, ginger and garlic together in a small bowl.
